Ismaila Whittier spent the majority of his youth in Houston, Texas, despite the fact that he was born in Hoboken, New Jersey in November of 1994. He is the son of a Senegalese mother and an American father and has once called both Tokyo and Paris home. His mother is from Senegal, while his father is from the United States. He has decided to make the nation's capital his home permanently at this point.
