Ismail is the founder of Beverly, an elite childcare platform that's redesigning the standards for childcare coordination for select families by combining best-in-class recruiting ops, people management, credentialing and systems design. Before founding Beverly, Ismail was the Head of Demand Management at Meta, where he was in charge of managing and growing the portfolio of sales, partnership & marketing engagement channels for Facebook's 10M+ advertisers globally, servicing millions of businesses annually.

Prior to Meta, Ismail was the co-founder & President of Funding Gates, where he built the financial technology team that created the most advanced AR management SaaS platform in the US. Ismail started his career at Goldman Sachs and UBS, where he was part of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Teams in New York.

Ismail is a member of the World Economic Forum, American Economic Association, Royal Economic Society and National Wildlife Federation.
