Isoldy Guzman

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in international business from Lynn University, Isoldy Guzman began working with Bank of America as a personal banker in 2001 and has since held a variety of roles with progressive responsibilities. She served as an assistant banking center manager at locations in the Florida cities of Davie and Miami from 2003 to 2014, following which she was promoted to financial center manager. As of December 2018, Isoldy Guzman has worked as a branch manager with Florida Community Bank, where she is responsible for developing new business streams as well as coaching and managing the sales staff.
Throughout her career, Isoldy Guzman has fostered professional development in business strategy and marketing through collaborating with bank management, following and tracking the latest trends, and participating in community-building volunteer events. She presently volunteers with Feeding South Florida and Camillus House and is a member of the Broward-Dade Leadership Council. In her free time, she enjoys wakeboarding and paddleboarding.
