In 1995, Issac achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Economic History from Liverpool University. Always looking to learn more, he earned an Institute of Direct Marketing Diploma followed by a Master's Degree in Marketing from Canterbury University in Canada in 2003. From there, he earned his Institute of Direct Marketing Diploma from Manchester University and then his Master’s Degree in Marketing from Canterbury University in Canada in 2003.

Issac has spent a great deal of time building up an extensive resume. he's worked as an Account Executive, a Senior Account Manager, an Account Director, as well as a Group Account Director.
