Oumar Issoufou Adamou
Project Manager, Development practioner, and Journalist
Hi, I’m Oumar— a journalist and development communicator with a passion for social justice and climate resilience. I hold a Master’s in Global Development from Cornell University and combine storytelling, strategy, and project management to amplify community voices across the Sahel and beyond.
Driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of women and children, I advocate for equitable access to education, health, and opportunity. I bring experience in interpersonal communication for behavior change, especially in reproductive health contexts, fostering trust and awareness at the grassroots level.
I also hold certificates in Project Management and Mastering International Climate Negotiations, equipping me to engage effectively at both local and global levels.
Whether contributing to climate adaptation strategies or championing community well-being, my goal is clear: to inform, inspire, and empower.
Let’s connect and collaborate.
