I'm a Berlin-based data practitioner with an academic background in the social sciences. By day, I work in HR analytics or as we call it these days people analytics, which means I gather and analyze workforce and labor data.

My experience spans across sectors in the United States and Germany from tech startups to Fortune 500 companies, philanthropic foundations, and government. My experience helps me understand how real economic and institutional factors affect business, individuals and organizations working toward clear goals and sustainable solutions.
