I am a qualified life coach, creative writer, event planner, motivational speaker, action learning facilitator, blogger and a manager of many things. Someone once asked me to describe myself in about 30 seconds (known as an elevator speech) so in less than 30 seconds I said " A Game Changer".

A game changer is known to have new and different ideas that stand out from the crowd. I have reinvented myself in the face of adversity, in personal situations that develop and the biggest challenge to date is the "M" word that only women go through!

I depend on intuition, skill, expertise and academic learning to deliver tailored services to clients in a conscientious and confidential manner.
