In 2008, Itai Liptz took on the role of Counselor at URJ Camp Harlam, a position facilitated by The Jewish Agency for Israel. This early experience provided Itai with valuable insights into leadership and mentorship, shaping a future path of guiding and influencing others in various capacities.

Itai's professional trajectory took a significant turn with the founding of RIMAR Capital in 2015. As the Founder and CEO, Itai spearheaded the development of sophisticated algorithms for equity trading. This role involved a multifaceted approach to market analysis, including technical and fundamental analysis, event monitoring, pattern identification, transaction management, risk management, and equity management.
