Kurkure has no plastic and made from rice meal, edible vegetable oil (palm oil), corn meal, gram meal, spices, condiments, salt, sugar, citric acid, tartaric acid, plastic and milk solids.Samples for production are checked at every step by quality control lab from manufacturing of raw material to final packing based on Pepsico global standards of safety & security.The Kurkure ingredients from rice, corn & gram along with purified water & seasoning is tested; the mixture is then passed through the extruder which converts blended meal into kurkure than it goes into the fryer with edible oil for crispiness & than to the masala mix seasoning tumbler. The process is taking care of full hygiene & also through metal detector packaging before kurkure packaging. This is done to make a final assurance that no foreign particle or no plastic is there in the final kurkure.
