Hello. How are you? I'm Julien, and I'm doing great.

I'm currently looking for a new job, since I resigned from my previous company of more than 6 years, 5 months ago. For those years, I learned so much and I love what I'm doing. Title Search, Title Exam, and Title Key is fun. You get to see real estate documents that differs from each state. It also challenges your skills to find an alternative to look for the documents needed when a minimum information was given. And being able to do it right feels good (as much as I want to talk more about my previous job, it's confidential.). Aside from doing my tasks, I also update the excel that serves as our tracker that consists our orders to be processed. When our Supervisor's out, I am tasked to reply our clients' emails and cascades new protocol to my teammates, if there is. So yes, I process orders and update trackers and check emails from time to time.

I decided to resign though because I want to give myself some time. As time goes by, I realized I want a new atmosphere.

I'm excited to learn new ideas and more, to know what I don't know, and to do things that I can and hone them.
