She loves cooking with seasonal, local and organic ingredients and creating both vegetarian and carnivorous dishes. Her challah uses a combination of different whole grain flours, rolled oats, and olive oil. It is completely organic and egg-free, with a nice thick crust, soft on the inside -- and it's delicious, too.
