Electronic engineer by profession, Design thinker by passion and Radio Broadcaster by curiosity, my personal fulfillment is related to understand, empathize and connect with people. I'm a believer that by design we can change the world for better. In 2012 I discovered design thinking and fell in love with it, enjoy to design amazing services, create meaningful experiences, driven by the purpose of improving quality of life. As an innerpreneur, I have two missions: have fun and help to design a better world.

My values are a way of living, like the surfer code. They stick with me all the time: Learn from differences, actively listen to who is speaking, transparency, always make constructive comments, enjoy every moment despite some bitterness, never lose the passion and be curious all the time.
