Ivan Liskov founded his private practice in Forest Hills in 2008. His unique technique of manual vibration requires precise concentration in the muscles of the hand. With over 3,000 patients, this technique has proven to be incredibly effective for the relaxation of serious muscle spasms and stimulation of reflex zones of different organ systems. Manual vibration works on a superficial level, as well as in deep body structures. The phenomenal success of this technique distinguishes Ivan's medical massage treatment.

At the age of five, Ivan lost his eyesight. Since then, his hands have become his eyes. By the age of six, he already knew how to read Braille with the speed of a 14-year-old sighted person reading normal print. By the age of eight, he could thread a needle, relying solely on his sense of touch. By the age of 12, he could recognize hot or cold colors by touch. At 14 years old, he became a national champion in the 100-meters sprint for people with disabilities with a time better than a sighted runner. At age of 16, he was accepted into Medical College to pursue a degree in Medical Massage & Rehabilitation. Using his phenomenal memory and excellent sense of touch, he graduated with one of the highest grades among his colleagues.

At the age of 19, he won a full scholarship to continue his education of Reflex Therapy in Germany. At the age of 20, he opened the first Clinic of Medical Massage in Bulgaria. In 1994, Ivan opened his second clinic in Bulgaria and started teaching workshops around the country.

In 1998, Ivan decided to continue his career in the USA. He is the first and only blind person to graduate successfully from the Physical Therapy program. Today, he is the proud owner of his own office in Forest Hills with more than 50 patients weekly, and an outpatient clinic in Brooklyn. He is the author of numerous articles, and has been featured on radio and TV shows on the effectiveness of medical massage.
