As an entrepreneur and business owner, Ivan Spinner has established and grown a number of companies across several industries. He founded Spinner Real Estate in Biloxi, Mississippi, in 2008, and he has since acquired more than 50 properties. Ivan Spinner has also diversified into insurance as owner of the Biloxi-based TSG Agency, a firm which sold exclusive contract rights to Health Insurance Innovations, Inc. in 2013.

Through the purchase, Mr. Spinner provided Health Insurance Innovations (HII) with a group of well-positioned insurance companies with a strong selection of coverage options.

Mr. Spinner recently added to his insurance interests when he became a partner in the Insurance Specialist Group, an Indiana-based company. He has taken an active role in developing product as well as carrier relationships for the company, which has become one of the largest US agencies specializing in online sales.

Involved in the auto industry as well, Ivan Spinner owns Gulf Coast Exotic Auto. Under his leadership, the dealership has become known for its inventory of luxury, exotic, and collectible cars.
