Ivory May

Ivory May is a plus-size model represented by Ford Models and Dorothy Combs Models and the creator and owner of Ivory's Bombshell Bootcamp which holds glamorous bootcamps for aspiring models and women seeking to boost their confidence and enhance their lives. Its mission is to inspire women to find and unlock their beauty and confidence.

A professional model for over a decade, Ivory was 14 when she made her first attempt at modeling -- only to be told she "needed to lose some weight." Undeterred, she forged ahead and became one of the most recognized faces in the competitive world of plus-size modeling. Since her start, this Hawaii native has modeled for many major North American retail outlets and brands such as Lane Bryant, Target, Macy's and Playtex and has been featured in Glamour and O Magazine. In 2012, Ivory stripped down for the cover of Plus Magazine where she posed naked to stand up against body discrimination and cyber-bullying. This garnered the attention of nation news media outlets and she was featured on Good Morning America, Extra! and The Insider. In addition, her vivacious, outspoken personality landed her a spot as one of the stars of NuvoTV's hit reality show, 'Curvy Girls', currently airing its 2nd season available on Hulu.

Ivory lives in New York City and, when she's not working, enjoys playing competitive Scrabble and beach volleyball, mentoring aspiring models and giving her time to Plus Models for Paws, a charity she started with a fellow model.
