Orhan Demirer

I am Dr Orhan Demirer, a dermatologist in Izmir with a private clinic in Alsancak, Turkey. I offer consultations in Turkish and English for local and international patients. My education and professional background have shaped an approach based on accurate diagnosis, clear communication and individual treatment planning.

My clinical dermatology work includes the assessment and treatment of conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. I regularly evaluate acne and acne scars, moles and other skin lesions, and patients seeking information about genital warts and HPV. The appropriate treatment is selected only after considering the diagnosis, medical history and characteristics of the skin.

In aesthetic dermatology, I provide Botox treatments in Izmir and dermal fillers in Izmir. Treatment planning is based on facial anatomy, muscle activity and individual expectations. My aim is to preserve facial expression and personal identity while pursuing balanced, natural-looking outcomes.

Laser and energy-based treatments are chosen according to the actual skin concern rather than the popularity of a device. My practice includes fractional CO₂ laser for selected acne scars and skin texture concerns, BBL laser treatments for suitable pigmentation and redness concerns, and Endolift laser lipolysis for selected lower-face, jawline and submental indications.

I believe that more treatment is not always better treatment. Sometimes the appropriate decision is to use less product, choose a different technology, treat an underlying skin condition first or perform no procedure at all. Patient safety, realistic expectations and responsible follow-up remain central to my clinical approach.
