Hi, my name is Josh Buckland and I am a Property Entrepreneur with an ongoing passion for knowledge, growth and creating positive results.
My focus is on building a number of business entities around property developments and investments.
I have learnt that if I wanted to achieve greatness, I needed to personally grow within myself and to be clear about what my ‘why factor’ was that would keep me focused and on track in my transition, from an ordinary thinker to a high achiever.
Property has always stood out as an investment vehicle to create the lifestyle I once only dreamed of. My background as a plumber supports me so often when looking at ‘value adding’ sites to invest in.
Yes, my passion is property and it also motivates me to wake up every morning excited, and ready to tackle my day ahead. My network of friends, peers and mentors have supported me at every point on the confidence stakes and at times pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. I must say, I’m just loving doing what I’m doing as I watch on as my big picture evolves.
Together with Co-Founder Adam Corfias of our company ‘Navigate Property Group.’ One of our visions is to educate like-minded people on ‘how too’ generate money from property investing. The biggest ‘stoppers’ for most would-be investors is that they tend to lack in:
1. Time - 2. Knowledge – and/or - 3. Money.
‘Navigates’ mission is to support others in creating abundance by design. To share our experiences in property growth, and to offer the opportunity of leveraging within a dynamic teamwork system.
On a personal level, my drive is to support and educate people as I have been supported. To open them up to the lifestyle and property choices that await them and to provide the tools that have allowed me to learn the skills that have positioned me as to where I stand today.
