Henry Miller said “One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.” Throughout my travels, studies and experience’s around the world I have recognized that I’m always learning more in multicultural environments than when I stay in my comfort zone. For this reasonI decided to come to Spain to begin university, partially to learn a new language but also to experience a new culture.
As an Economics and International business student in the University of Alcalá de Henares, I’m always eager to learn new languages.
In the trend of economic globalization, the knowledge of languages helps me to analyse and react in different economic situations. I'm able to speak 5 languages, Chinese mandarin and Taiwanese are my mother tongues, I’m also fluent in both English and Spanish, and I learned French during my exchange year in Sup de co Montpellier Business School.
All these experiences led me to view and act properly according to different economic environments. As I know that different cultures conduct business in different ways, so I'm also very passionate about the cultural business behaviour. During my studies in both Alcalá de Henares and Montpellier,I have had the opportunity to make friends with people from every corner of the world and learn things about their cultures and languages and I believe that this helps me to adapt to their different cultures.
