Javier Pinilla

I am a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Quindío. I have experience in practicing the profession for more than 15 years, especially in the Public Services sector. I have increased my skills with training processes in risk management, quality management systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Database Administration, VBA programming, and advanced office, which has allowed me to participate in the development of each of these systems in the company where I work.

I am currently studying a specialization in Project Management.

I am living in Buenaventura, Colombia. My interests range from technology to programming. I am also interested in politics.
