When you are a consultant, teacher, and recruiter, the goal is always to be an active listener of legal issues when in the industry for Legal Services. I currently live in Aurora, Colorado, (Some people call it Saudi Aurora - lol) and my interests range from entrepreneurship to fitness, education, dogs and web development. You have to have something else to do besides legal all the time, right?

Some of the back issues and ailments I've encountered (would have stopped most folks from working) are scoliosis, stenosis, bulging discs, and almost every other kind of back problem you can imagine. But that doesn't stop me from living life and from working from home!

My trustee and my eternal hope and faith is in and on Jesus Christ. HE watches over me and guides me in everything in life. The God of Heaven wants me to stay here on earth to help many people reach their dreams, and my main purpose in life is to be a "dream fulfiller." There have been many encounters in my life that could have killed me literally very easily, but God wanted me to stay here to reach others for Christ Jesus, and to help them reach their dreams and goals in life.

I’ve learned a lot of things over the last 30-40 years in many endeavors I’ve been involved in, and in the legal services industry. Like many of you we’ve all heard the words below either in person or on television:

You have the right to remain ______(silent)

You have the right to call _________(your attorney)

Many of you have probably never had to use your Miranda Rights, but some of you may know of someone who has. This can be a scary and terrifying experience for anyone. Many people I’ve talked to have said that if you don’t know your rights, you don’t have any.

The ABA has in Recommendation #10 (10.2) "Public education about how to access legal services should be widely offered by the ABA, bar associations, courts, lawyers, legal services providers, and law schools".

Well, I’ve been given many more chances than can be counted on many hands, so let me help you with the above American Bar Association Recommendation. This way you don’t have to sell your home, your car, or any of your other possessions to cover the cost of doing business with attorneys.
