Hi, I’m Jabbar, Founder and Managing Director of 7Fifteen Developments LLC, a real estate investment company based in North Carolina, USA.

Originally from Punjab, Pakistan, I completed my ICS (Intermediate) at Jinnah College before earning a scholarship to study in China. I am currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree in Medical studies in Nanjing.

Since 2023, I’ve been actively involved in the real estate industry. Together with my business partner, Deshawn Giles, we built 7Fifteen Developments with a vision to create value-driven investment opportunities across the United States. Today, our company operates in multiple markets nationwide, focusing on smart investments and long-term growth.

Outside of business, I enjoy hiking, exploring nature, and discovering wildlife. I believe in continuous growth — both professionally and personally.
