I have been working in IT industry for last 5 years and I am ITIL® Certificated. Over this time period I am experienced with Lead project design, development(Service & Software) and assist implementation, Database Maintenance and Design,Requirement gathering, Project initiator, product feasibility study, Planning, Initiation and Managing IT related projects , End to End IT Project Management, Technical readiness to prepare project related documents ( RFI, RFQ, Evaluation, Project Management document, Business Case, Flow Chart, Technical Diagram etc.), Working and communicating with operators, Vendors and third party for the service integration and following predefined timeline, Analyze existing system, solution and architecture for further development, expansion or up gradation. Moreover I am experienced with Oracle Development and Administration.I am a trained IT personnel on Database, RedHat enterprise Linux especially on RHEL, Software Development (C,JAVA,HTML5, PHP, Oracle [SQL, PL/SQL], MySql, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, XML, CSS etc.) and have practical experience for providing IT support to most of the Telecom, Banks and TV Channels, Newspaper in Bangladesh regarding Value Added Service platform and Software development.In addition, I have Depth knowledge in Microsoft/Linux operating systems. And now I am working as a Manager IT at Live Technologies Limited for the last 1.5 year(s) and already procured, developed, deployed and running major projects for telecom sector Like ROBI, GP, Banglalink, Airtel.
