Jabulani Casey Nxumalo (born May 19, 1995) is a South African licensed FIFA soccer agent, entrepreneur, and former professional soccer player. He is the founder of Goal Football Agency, a player representation and scouting firm dedicated to developing and managing football talent.

Nxumalo’s football journey began at the age of 11 with Junior Eagles, a local club coached by Richard. Recognizing his potential, Richard later helped him join the City Stars F.C. youth team in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga.

In 2010, Nxumalo moved to Johannesburg to play for Majola Sports Academy, a highly regarded soccer team led by Thuli Majola. At 15, he joined Wits University Football Club in Marks Park before continuing his development at the Augusto Palacios Apprentice Academy.

In September 2015, Nxumalo trialed with South African giants Moroka Swallows F.C., represented by former Mamelodi Sundowns and Swallows left-back, James Mayinga. The club was looking to strengthen its squad following relegation from the PSL to the National First Division.

Now, as the head of Goal Football Agency, Nxumalo leverages his playing experience and industry knowledge to represent and scout top football talent, aiming to shape the future of the game both locally and internationally.
