As the Product Launch Manager, I was responsible for implementing new products. Project management of existing product portfolio, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the globe. I am motivated by the challenge of creating and launching machines that meet the needs and expectations of the customers, as well as the standards and regulations of the market. I value teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction and aim to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization.

I have successfully coordinated activities to launch several new products, such as the CR combines and Forage Harvester components. I have received positive recognition and appreciation from the management and the customers.

Engineering is a valuable part of my work. I participated in the product development and implementation phase from defining the scope and timeline to coordinating the production and testing of the first units and batches. I also oversee the communication and feedback between the teams working directly in the factory and the external project support teams, such as SQE, Purchasing, Designers, and Product Managers. As a Development Engineer designing products, I leverage my skills in Six Sigma, project teams, and manufacturing to ensure the quality, efficiency, and profitability of implemented products.
