Jack Comeau

Jack Comeau is an experienced financial advisor who’s worked in the financial industry for more than 20 years and been awarded many times for his contribution and service to the business. Educated in Saskatchewan, Mr. Comeau graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979 and worked for the first ten years of his career in the agricultural field. However, in 1990, Mr. Comeau changed career paths and entered the financial planning and investment business. It was a professional switch that would prove both fruitful and personally fulfilling.

Early in his financial career, Mr. Comeau began to specialize in alternative investments, such as real estate investments, REIT’s, pooled mortgage investments, U.S. real estate, land investments, as well as energy trusts. The response from his clients has been very positive, which has lead him to focus even more on alternative investments.

Mr. Comeau has gained experience and knowledge in a range of areas of personal finance, such as knowledge in pension plans, group benefit programs, farm estate planning, tax strategies and risk management. At the same time, Mr. Comeau expanded his educational accomplishments by earning a number of financial designations, including his Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and CharteredFinancial Consultant (ChFC) licenses.

Today, with a staff of three administrative assistants, Comeau Financial is a full-service financial planning firm “… specializing in creating true wealth for our clients using proven strategies that are unique, and have little to no correlation to thevolatile stock market”. With over $100 million in assets, the firm concentrates on developing personalized financial and retirement plans for its clients, as well as investment strategies and portfolio construction.

Mr. Comeau earned the distinction of being top producer for Pinnacle Wealth Brokers in both 2012 and 2013. Additionally, in 2012, Mr. Comeau won the prestigious Pinnacle Compliance Award, given to him for his ability to maintain a high level of compliance and adherence to financial regulatory matters. Finally, from 1996 to 2011, Mr. Comeau earned the honor of being top producer for Sentinel Financial, a local Saskatchewan firm which he was registered with for a great number of years.
