I am an experienced sound engineer working around London. I have been working in sound and stage for a few good years now. I do a lot of freelance work and use this page as a sort of virtual CV for possible clients.
I began doing sound in the south of England - I was working as a front of house engineer for a small children's theatre. After a while I was moved to a larger stage and began mixing front of house for bands and big stage shows. I began rotating around three separate stages working on children's performances, big stage shows, sporting demonstrations, conferences and bands.
After two years of doing this day in day out I realised that my passion lay with mixing bands live. I worked with a lot of old soul, reggae, pop and rock artists including Slade, Boy George, Midge Ure, The Animals, The Temptations, Musical Youth, Aswad, Gary US Bonds and Ben E King.
I now work in London as a freelance engineer, I do live music, crew work, minor bits of recording and installation. So give me a ring or drop me an email if your interested in hiring me.
