Jackalyn Rainosek has been an entrepreneur for over 42 years. She has worked with several companies and management teams to help them identify the leader within them. She has experience in dealing with issues from conflicts arising between executive team members, to dealing with habitual behavior patterns that hinder an organization’s performance. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University.
