As a registered investment advisor in 1995, working with clientele primarily consisting of business owners and high net worth individuals. The goal was to create financial plans that integrated and coordinated various different investment types in the most tax effective way.
This created the opportunity to work with a development company converting various multi-family apartment buildings to condominiums through extensive interior and exterior renovations and marketing.

These experiences awarded me the opportunity to branch out and start Over the top properties, focusing on real estate sales and investment opportunites.
