Jack Boyajian

Jack Boyajian, a successful real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience, currently serves as President of The Hutton Group in Allendale, New Jersey. As the leader of the real estate brokerage firm, Boyajian has pioneered a number of techniques in converting cooperative associations to condominium ownership in locations across the globe. In recognition of its innovation in the field of co-op to condominium conversions, The Hutton Group has earned the title of “The Co-op to Condo Conversion Specialist” in recent years. In addition to his work with housing conversion, Jack Boyajian also speaks on the subject in front of national audiences and helps limited-equity and low-income co-ops secure the necessary financing for property restoration.

Between 2004 and 2009, Jack Boyajian assumed the duties of President of Shoreside Developers LLC, a residential and vacation property development firm located in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. During his time with Shoreside Developers, he managed the development of a number of luxury townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes while overseeing the activities of the company’s finance, marketing, and banking relations departments.

Jack Boyajian’s diversified career includes serving as the President of Que-Mont Developers, Inc., a domestic and international land developer in countries such as the United States, Poland and other European countries, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Uruguay. As a testament to his diverse experience, Jack Boyajian has developed multiple-lot subdivisions in the United States, organic banana farms on Caribbean islands, and luxury hotels in Eastern Europe.

Between 1989 and 1992, Jack Boyajian assumed the role of President of Far Hills Community Management, a property management firm based in Far Hills, New Jersey. In this capacity, he grew the company from 400 acquired units to more than 15,000 in a period of only 30 months, and during this time, he increased the firm’s staff by 500 percent.

In addition to his work as a seasoned real estate professional, Jack Boyajian holds a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. During his time at the Ivy League institution, Jack Boyajian triple majored in Finance, International Business, and Decision Sciences and graduated with cum laude distinction. After completing his undergraduate studies, he earned a JD from the Rutgers School of Law in 1996.
