I co-piloted the Purple Goldfish Project which successfully gathered over 1001 customer generated nominations for companies that go above and beyond expectations and provide that "little something extra" which inspired loyalty and word of mouth buzz. This culminated in the publishing of Stan Phelps book; What’s Your Purple Goldfish?

Well, I'm a humorist, writer, podcaster, video producer and pop culture nut. I’m crazy for BBQ and I have a pretty impressive hot sauce collection. My two favorite places are Fenway Park and an un-crowded golf course.
