Dubbed a “management expert” by Harvard Business Review, Jack co-founded the management consulting firm Archefact Group.

At Archefact Group, he and his colleagues lead a team of cybersecurity experts from their offices in San Francisco and Hong Kong that advise boards and leadership of multinational companies in overseeing and managing the non-technical issues that impact the effectiveness of cybersecurity technology. In this capacity, they build the capabilities needed to manage cyber risk, fortify organizations against cyber threats, and help executives prepare to lead their organizations in times of crisis.

Jack and his co-author Thomas Parenty's latest book, A Leaders Guide to Cybersecurity, is the culmination of a 20-year relationship with Harvard Business Review which includes two books, magazine articles, and interviews. They are the only authors that HBR Press has published on cyber security.
