Jack East

After 3 great years at the University of Bath, I emerged a "Mathlete" (according to Australian friends) and enjoyed a summer travelling around Europe, tallying up 12 countries. I thought I was ready for the world of work, but disillusionment set in and I embarked on my first overseas oddyssey spending 1 incredible year in Australia followed by 8 months in beautiful New Zealand and then another summer of work and travel in Australia. After a brief stay in Germany I have spent the last 2 years in London working as a waiter and jetting around Europe as much as I could. I also managed a memorable 2 month trip to South-East Asia.

As I write, I am about to tackle my greatest adventure yet: 4 months of travel through South America (with a very limited grasp on Spanish). Following this I will be spending a year in Canada, returning to the world of working holidays.
