Jack Eisenman

Jack Eisenman is a longtime Augusta, Georgia hospitality professional who oversees all aspects of operations as general manager of the restaurant Finch & Fifth. He is tasked with scheduling employees and managing payroll. Also overseeing hiring, Jack Eisenman coordinates a variety of maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing problems and ensuring the kitchen is in proper working order. Among his accomplishments has been leading the restaurant to its most profitable week ever, during the 2023 Masters Golf Tournament 2023.

Mr. Eisenman previously served as bar manager and store associate with White Horse Wine and Spirits. He selected all beers and ensured a sufficient inventory, while leading bar services at catered events such as parties, weddings, and funerals. His team of bartenders and staff would provide alcohol and set up the bar area, while focusing on superior customer service.

Mr. Eisenman’s background extends to a position as bartender at SRP Park in North Augusta. Coordinating with the food and beverage manager, he regularly introduced new craft beer concepts to the baseball park. Jack Eisenman is planning on earning a master’s degree and eventually expanding his professional repertoire to include counseling.
