I am a Business Manager with 4 years of experience, studies in the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (Business Administration), Cepea Institute (Tourism Business Administration), Cambridge University London (Council of Europe Degree). I have the ability to bring a business idea to the next level.

My entrepreneurial skills are: Effective management of resources, effective network relations, negotiation, communication, organization, empathy, delegation and Coaching and Personal Effectiveness are: Personal management and Personal Development.

In Consicon SAC (2016), I have developed my managerial skills, since I have had the responsibility to implement from nothing a company through the complete development of a business plan, for construction company, properly giving resources and achieving the expected profitability of the shareholders, valued at 1,000,000.00 soles.

In Delhel EIRL (2015), I managed to position myself in the best workers in property management, formalization of owner’s meetings 100%, audit and implementation of administrative processes for the entire organization of financial information, improving operational situation and Personal Development.

UPC (2013), in addition to work in positions of responsibility, I have completed my career, with my own resources, which will be concluding this present year 2016. I would like to be part of a large company where I can provide the best experience gained in these years and also promote the development of enterprises to improve humanity.
