I am the 2007 World Latte Art Champion.

I started Jack and the Bean Boutique Coffees in Australia and is the Managing Director for the company from 2007-2012
I founded The Grounds of Alexandria with a business partner in 2012.
In 2014 we opened The Potting Shed also at The Grounds.

My expertise lies in the area of Coffee, specialising in Training and Development and Operations. My previous roles includes International Training Manager as well as Training and Development of Coffee technology.
