Jack Hipolito Fernandez

Jack Hipolito Fernandez's early life set the tone of what he'd become later on. As the child of real estate professionals, their careers proved a great influence on his life. Not only did his parents work in real estate, his aunts and uncles did likewise. Real estate was a family business and he was anxious to join in.

The Los Angeles native often accompanied his parents to auctions, estate sales and classes. His parents also asked him questions to test his skills and attention. The more he watched his parents work with their clients, the more he learned. Soon, he would want to get into the real estate business himself.

Helping Others Sell Homes

The recent college grad decided to follow in his family's footsteps. Right after he graduated, he joined his parents' real estate agency, HF Realty. This would give him an opportunity to gain some real estate experience. The newly minted real estate agent was pretty nervous. However, his experiences gave him the confidence he needed to succeed.

His first opportunity to sell a home came in the form of his first client, Joanne Baker. A single mother of three, she wanted to relocate to take care of her ailing mother. Unfortunately, her previous realty company did little to help her sell her home. In addition, she was also locked into a six-month contract with this company. Eager to see her mother, she turned to the rookie realtor for help.

The real estate agent took action to sell Baker's home. This involved setting a competitive asking price and aggressively advertising the home. With his strong marketing skills, he was able to successfully sell the house. The end result was a very satisfied customer and a newfound confidence in his abilities.

Carrying on the Family Legacy

Ten years after his first sale, the real estate agent is still in the family business. However, HF Realty not the small business it once was. Today, he's a partner who helps manage the business's affairs. The company also employs dozens of realtors throughout Los Angeles County and offers commercial property sales.

He's also a well-known figure within the community, frequently appearing on television and radio. He's also known for hosting free-of-charge seminars at various community colleges. He enjoys sharing what he's learned over the years. Jack Hipolito Fernandez continues to perform beyond anyone's expectations in the real estate business.
