Hi! So, I'm an angry mommy...who isn't most of the time? I am in love with food and so although I have no "formal" training (other than a few months at the French Culinary Institute), I am of Italian American background which of course, makes me an expert on the subject.

I live in NJ with my husband Chris and our two young boys (Max, 5 yrs old and Lucian, 3). Professionally speaking, I have a Marketing background and a 12 year career in Advertising which I have left behind to explore the stay-at-home mom thing (which I must say is not all it is cracked up to be). We'll see what happens on that front... I recently left my chaotic career in NYC to dedicate some time and energy to parenting as well as to start creating something of my own - a dream I've had ever since I stepped foot in my first job!

I created this site in order to share some of my many food experiences, thoughts and recipes, along with any kid-specific eating insights I have gained thus far in mommy-hood. In addition to this blog, I am working on a few child-targeted food products which I am hoping to bring to Farmer's Markets this coming Spring. Stay tuned for more on that in the coming months!

Now, I must warn you ahead of time. I am not a writer (as you could probably have ascertained from the above horrendous murder of the English language) nor am I a huge follower of blogs or sites like this in general. That being said, I may at times be a little sarcastic and perhaps more "truthful" than some might like. I hope you enjoy!
