Cooking/nutrition - local foods - I'm on my local farmer's market committee,

Hanging out with my family - I'm a wife, a mom, a sister, a daughter. My family are my favorite people.

Running, swimming, biking - especially trail running which I do almost every weekend.

Outdoors

Pilates - working on my pilates mat certification - I love the details of Pilates. I love understanding ht erelatonships between specific bones, muscles and movement. I'm contantly exploring and playing with the relationship between inury prevention, performance and movement.

Yoga - especially the crunchy, hippy Vinyasa type pratcied as www.laughinglotus.com.

Teaching/mentoring - especially guiding people to new discoveries in health and fitness. Helping them feel happier, healthier.

Challenges - I'm tackling the Spartan race this June,

Personal accomplishements: I have completed four 70.3 triathlons (plus many others tris and races often finising in the top 10 for my age group), I swam across the Hudson River (3 miles!), I completed Disney's Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge (run a half marathon on Saturday and a full marathon on Sunday!), too many road races to count.
