Jackie Clayton

Grande Prairie, AB

We all want Grande Prairie to be a place where people of all ages and stages of life can access and experience great enjoyment of life at an affordable cost. In order to do this, every effort should be taken to run our City as efficiently as possible so that costs can be as low as possible. Council needs to provide Administration with leadership, vision and the tools to be successful. With clear direction, Administration will have the measurements and benchmarks in place that make them successful and in turn accountable to the people of the City of Grande Prairie.

We need to have a 5, a 10 and a 25 year plan for future generations. I am young minded and future focused and I want to serve my community. I will provide good leadership and work to plan and build for the future. I have contributions to make, great ideas to share and passion for this community; I believe in Grande Prairie. Governance experience is the key to being a good council member and a strong council team. I have the needed governance experience and am a proven team builder. I am not afraid of hard work, and I am committed to Grande Prairie today and for the future. On October 21, 2013 - Vote Clayton
