Jackie Collet
Screenwriter, Playwright, and television production in the United States
As an avid storyteller, I am motivated to meet my goals and focused on having an impact while making a difference.
I am currently a Health & Safety Production Assistant on Disney Television's Good Trouble, S3.
During the 2019-2020 season, I worked as a Post Production Assistant on ABC's Single Parents, S2.
As a Detail-oriented production assistant with professional experience, excellent time management skills, and speed without sacrificing quality, I Independently learned how to quickly accomplish tasks and create systems that contributed to the success of show production and day-to-day activities.
I am passionate about working in the arts -- particularly working with Film & Television production, and screenwriting.
I received my BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University, Cum Laude, in May of 2019.
I began my work in television as a production intern for NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers, Jax Media (Broad City, Younger and The Reductress Hour), and Amazon/Picrow's first season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
I have also written several plays, screenplays, and television pilots, and I am working on an episodic comedy.
In 2018, I produced one of my original one-act plays in the 2018 LIC One-Act Play Festival in New York.
In college, I worked as a professional Stage Manager, and I am an Equity Membership Candidate with AEA.
I am a comedian and writer at heart; I am always writing and working on my own content.
