At the age of 43, having been downsized from my sales position after twenty-five years of working, I had a decision to make. After much debate and serious reflection, I decided to go with my passion for cooking and attended culinary school to become a professional chef and pastry chef.
I have worked in numerous four and five-star restaurants and am ready to share my experience and delicous recipes with you! I know in my heart my mother would be proud of me, this is why many of her best recipes are in my first cookbook!
