Jackloc Restrictors

Jackloc designs, manufactures and supplies a range of window restrictors, these unique products are made in the UK and sold all over the world. Once fitted, the Jackloc restricts window openings. They can be fitted to all types of windows and are available either permanently locked, key lockable or with a push and turn mechanism.

The original Jackloc company was founded by sisters Emma Wells and Deborah Allbutt following their father Derek Home’s innovative design concept of a simple and highly effective window restrictor. Derek named the original restrictor after his grandson Jack – the product has since grown and developed into a range of highly successfully, world leading window restrictors with the overall objective of helping reduce the number of injuries and fatalities caused by window falls with an award winning approach.

Jackloc window restrictors not only comply with rigorous European testing standards BS EN, but are also designed and manufactured to meet the demands and approvals of the ISO 9001. They are also internationally approved by the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council as well as the City of New York’s Health and Hygiene Department Window Guard and Acceptance Policy.
