Jacklyn studies at Indiana University double majoring in Business and Communications. She founded and runs a music and entertainment promotional website Stage Right Secrets. Jacklyn interned at The GRAMMYs and continues to do work for them. She is also an Associate Publicist at Farlands Group.

Jacklyn tours and has been a runner, production assistant, tour manager, VIP assistant, photographer, and merchandise manager and has worked with LiveNation, CID Entertainment and VIP Nation.

If that wasn't enough she also volunteers and coaches cheerleading, with 15 years of gymnastics and competitive cheerleading experience to back her up. She is a public speaker and talks to kids about overcoming struggles and to look on the bright side.
