Jack MacAllister

I am a freelance writer and social researcher based in New York City and London working in the fields of global health and international development.

I have an MSc in Health, Community and Development from the London School of Economics, where I graduated with merit in December 2011. I also have a BA from Sarah Lawrence College, where I concentrated in African Studies with a special focus in the history, politics and economics of health and illness in East and Southern Africa. In addition to my degrees, I have also studied International Development at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.
