Jack McLiney

Jack McLiney is an avid sports fan and varsity athlete. His favorite sports include lacrosse, football, basketball, and skiing.

In the winter time, you can almost always find Jack out on the slopes. His favorite place to ski is Taos Ski Valley in Taos, New Mexico. Located in the Southern Rockies of Northern New Mexico, Taos is recognized as one of the top ski resorts in North America. Jack McLiney grew up learning to ski on this mountain. He loves the atmosphere at Taos with beautiful sunny skies, fresh powder, friendly people and incredible views from the summit. One of Jack’s favorite activities at the mountain is the annual pond skimming event that takes place at the end of every ski season. People dress up in costumes and attempt to skim across an 80 foot pool of ice cold water using any means necessary.

When Jack is not out on the slopes, he spends his time watching and keeping up with the stats of his favorite sports teams. Jack McLiney is a big football and basketball fan. He enjoys watching the varsity football games at his high school on Friday nights. His favorite college football teams include big names such as the Kansas Jayhawks, Ole Miss, TCU, and Alabama. His favorite NFL team is the Kansas City Chiefs although his favorite player of all-time is Cam Newton from the Carolina Panthers. His favorite NBA teams include the San Antonio Spurs, the Golden State Warriors, and the Cleveland Cavaliers. LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, Stephen Curry, and Tim Duncan are some of his favorite players to watch.
