Jackson Abney

Hi my name is Jackson Abney. I am currently a freshman at Texas Tech University studying Business Management in the Rawls College of Business. There are many things that I have imagined I would do in my life. Along with having a great family I plan to have a thriving work life that I enjoy and make a good living out of.

Along with some of my personal goals, I also want to talk to you about my major interests and my achievements. My primary interest is business management. Seeing as I hope to own a company someday, business management is of great interest to me because I want to know more about how to run a company. Another interest of mine is sports. I enjoy playing sports and I have pretty much played every main sport there is. Through sports I have achieved academic recognition. My senior year of high school I got Academic- All District, while playing football at Westlake High school in Austin Texas. I also was awarded the Presidential Scholarship at Texas Tech University for academic excellence.
