Jackson Allen Moss

The director of safety, risk, and health for global manufacturing operations at Blue Diamond Growers, Jackson Allen Moss oversees diverse global health and safety initiatives, including education and training programs for employees, from his base in Southlake, TX. He has worked in the area of health and safety management for more than 30 years. Since 2002, he has focused on providing corporate services for food and beverage manufacturers.

From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Moss worked as a director of safety and environmental health in the Southwest Business Unit of Coca-Cola Enterprises Incorporated. In this position, he led all safety and environmental health initiatives across 10 production facilities and 49 sales centers with 8,500 employees. This involved developing an annual budget allocation and safety and risk plan. One of his accomplishments was executing a plan that resulted in $2.4 million favorability in 2006.

From 2007 to 2016, Jackson Allen Moss held the title of director of safety, security, and health services at MillerCoors LLC Brewing Company, based in Fort Worth, TX. Among his responsibilities, he maintained injury and compliance prevention programs that resulted in an 80 percent reduction in workers’ compensation costs.
