I believe that the word leadership means someone who takes control and guides others. To have leadership not only would you need to lead people, but help them and guide them. Situational Leadership is leadership where the leader uses specific strengths to contribute to the team to influence throughout the team. Situational Leadership mostly focuses on just the leader to implement the strengths. I believe you should do that, but also be with your teammates and bring up their strengths as well. When a leader talks to their teammates, they encourage them, bring them up. Business News Daily says: Employees who work under great leaders tend to be happier, more productive and more connected to their organization…You should work with your peers well and help them personally too. If one of your peers seemed to be stressed, to be a good leader, you should go and comfort them. Ask them what’s wrong and how you can help.
Friendship, Productivity, Humor, Recognition, and Loyalty are what I value and these make me a good leader because I can connect with people well, stay on task, and have trust in people.
My strengths as a leader are Futuristic, Responsibility, and Focus. I care about work and getting it done, looking ahead and staying organized.
The mantra below is something I truly believe in. If you really want to accomplish something, you have to put in the work, but it can be done.
