Philosophy of Education:
Lynette believes that a leader must be able to develop relationships with all stakeholders; follow through and follow up while being as transparent as possible when it comes to communicating. A positive campus culture is vital to the success of a learning organization and allows everyone to succeed.
Students should know and celebrate their strengths in order to be prepared for their future. Each student needs to be reached EVERY Day, and EDUCATORS can change the world!
