Michele Jackson

Michele found herself on that Business track working for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Pfizer Pharmaceutical for over 28 years as a Senior NOC Technician. It can be said that her career as a community leader and organizer rivals her business career.

Michele has organized 18 community events in the Tri-state area through her Positive Impact Motorcycles Events LLC. Her joy has been racing & riding motorcycles for over 20 yrs. Michele says.. "It's an experience every time you ride. I would ride and race 24/7 if that were at all possible. Once you start your first race, it’s in your blood. My average time was low nines to mid tens. The key is to make sure your bike is highly maintained and set up property and of course wear the proper gear. I enjoyed the challenge and thrill of riding. Learning new riding skills and techniques was a thrill. Once I became consciously aware of my two passions I devised a way to incorporate my motorcycle riding with community service.

At her corporate position Michele was feeling as though she was not making a difference, consume more...work more. She started to get that restless gnawing that something better was awaiting. She had ignored it countess times but finally the nudge was too great. It was time to get out of the rat race, run her own race and keep inspiring others on a larger scale.

Michele decided to pour herself into her other desires of empowering young black men for success and helping the less fortunate/feeding the homeless.
She created the Jackson Project I - is empowering our young black men for success. The goal of the Jackson Project I is to develop strong leadership qualities and personal characteristics of excellence. By engaging in rap sessions and conferences the young men are taught...communication, career choices, setting goals, etiquette, health and other leadership skills to create a vision of success. She then created The Jackson Project II to help the less fortunate/ feeding the needy and organizing free haircuts monthly to different organizations in need.

Michele has always been a workaholic and consistently made a way out of no way. Her motto is sleep is for babies. She also found out that once she settled her mind and body, she could see clear, hear better.
